Sara Carder is honored to have spent the past two decades at TarcherPerigee working with authors whose books inspire people to lead happier, more creative and rewarding lives.

Her authors include Daniel J Siegel, M.D., author of the New York Times bestsellers Brainstorm and Aware, Amir Levine, M.D., co-author of the life-changing relationship book Attached, and Julia Cameron, author of the international bestseller The Artist’s Way.

Sara grew up in Berkeley, California, and graduated with a double major in English and Anthropology from Bennington College in Bennington, Vermont. She is happy to live on a beautiful tree-lined street in Brooklyn with her teenage son.
